Each countertop company operates inside its own Shop workspace. The application carries the active Shop into data access, and database row-level rules scope Shop-owned records to that workspace.
The public Arknology site is isolated from authenticated shop data. It does not query customer records, quotes, attachments, or payments.

01How do I get started?

02What do the plans cost?
Shop Starter is $99/month or $990/year. Fabricator Pro is $199/month or $1,990/year. Operations is $399/month or $3,990/year. Annual billing gives two months free.
03How many users are included?
Shop Starter includes 2 users, Fabricator Pro includes 5, and Operations includes 15. Additional users are $20 per user per month.
04Is Moraware migration assistance included?
Yes. Every plan includes migration assistance: assisted standard import for Starter, guided import and validation for Pro, and managed migration with workflow mapping for Operations.
05Which plans include the AI Shop Advisor?
The AI Shop Advisor is included in Fabricator Pro and Operations. It is not included in Shop Starter.
06How are customer workspaces separated?
Each countertop company works inside its own Shop workspace. The application carries the active Shop into data access, and database row-level rules scope Shop-owned records to that workspace.
